We had some great thunderstorms today - I LOVE thunderstorms - it's like the world is alive and everything feels all electric and "wow" I could sit and watch storms all day. This should be happy news but I am not yet convinced - the last couple of days have been a complete nightmare - no, I take it back, the last couple of WEEKS have been a complete nightmare. I did at least manage to ge tthrough the night without any stabbing pains in my foot. The painkillers my GP gave me seemed to do the trick - my foot is still sore and the pins are all manky and oozing blood and pus. The four "holes" where the two pins fell out yesterday are all swollen and hard and look infected. My foot was sore all day and the pin sites bleeding all over the place every time I moved so by thetime Igot to bed I was irritable and in pain and tired - then my nerves kicked in and the pain was unbearable.
